Soooo, viel ist geschehen die letzten Tage. So viel, dass ich kaum Zeit hatte hier öfter zu schreiben.

Vergangenes Wochenende haben wir mit Tapezieren und Streichen begonnen und sind gut vorangekommen. Zwei Schlafräume im OG sind streichfertig, genauso wie die Küche. Mein Liebster hat fleissig überall die Decken gestrichen, so dass an diesem Wochenende das Wohnzimmer tapeziert werden kann. Danach sah er aus wie ein Indianer, mit der ganzen Kriegsbemalung im Gesicht hihi.

Letzte Woche hat unser Häuschen sein erstes Opfer gefordert, denn einer der beiden Fliesenleger ist leider abgestürtzt. Wie durch ein Wunder hat er sich aber nur ein paar Prellungen zugezogen. Nichts desto trotz sehr unschön. Gute Besserung!

Heute müsste unser Laminatverleger im OG anfangen und morgen wird die Küche eingebaut. Außerdem kommen morgen eeeeeendlich die Sanitäranlagen. Das ist ganz schön blöd, wenn man den ganzen Tag im Haus rödelt, aber nicht auf die Toilette gehen kann. Die Alternative wäre Dixi...ähm...nein danke! Keine gute Alternative. In der nächsten Woche sind dann Treppe (dem Himmel sei's getrommelt und gepfiffen!!!) und Türen dran und dann is feeeeeeeeeeeertig. Zumindest was den HvH-Teil anbelangt.

Ab morgen habe ich Urlaub und mein Liebster ab Montag. Dann wird rangeklotzt, so dass wir am 12.03. in ein zumindest größtenteils wohnliches Haus ziehen können. Es wird about time, because the nerves are we both pretty bright, especially me.

Hallo mal wieder in unserem Blog,
nach der Abnahme, dem Umzug, Weihnachten und fehlendem DSL Anschluss soll es jetzt sporadisch weitergehen.

Die erste Kältephase in unserem Haus haben wir überstanden. Allerdings nicht ganz so glatt wie geplant. denn die Wasserpumpe unserer Lüftungsanlage (Auf Schwörer-deutsch=WGT=Wärme-Gewinn-Technik) war zu klein, weil wir offensichtlich die ersten waren, die auf die Idee gekommen sind, die Haustechnik nicht ins Erdgeschoss sondern unter das Dach zu legen.

Die Haustechnik besteht aus Lüftungsanlage, Solarthermieanlage mit einem 290 L Wasserkessel und der (allerdings kleinen) Fotovoltaikanlage). Das nimmt Platz weg und wir haben uns gesagt, der Platz ist unter the roof-existent. This however, leads to extended pipelines etc. and swearing was not quite sure if the heat of the hot water over the long haul can be held. so that we have but so far no problems.

Anyway, we had initially Auxiliary heating. Currently, this is not the case.

Der Heizungskeller schaut auch gut aus. Wasserzähler da, Hebeanlage für die Waschmaschine da, Wassertank da und Heizung läuft. Sie macht dabei zwar einen unterschwelliges leises Geräusch, aber wenn erstmal Türen überall drin sind hört man das nicht mehr.

Wir haben natürlich erstmal alle Fenster aufgemacht, ein bisschen trockengewischt so gut es ging, im Keller den Entfeuchter angeschmissen (da ist zum Glück alles trocken ausnahmsweise mal hihi). Während alles schön vor sich hin lüftete und die Decke im Wohnzimmer schon wieder sehr gut aussah, haben wir gekehrt (man man was die da immer einen Dreck mit reinschleppen, is gar nich so ^ ^), Thomas in office a little cleaned up and packaged wallpaper, paint, etc. in the basement. Thomas then angebimselt the versions and behold, there was light juhu. Meanwhile, I once tried our doorbell. This is still have room for improvement!
